  • 1 1/2 lbs. Brussels sprouts
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced crosswise 1/4" thick
  • 1/4 cup Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp. seasoned pepper
Instructions

Rinse Brussels sprouts in cold water. Trim 1/4" from stem end and discard tough discolored outer leaves; cut each sprout in half. Toss sprouts and onions with olive oil, butter and seasoned pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a 10x15" jelly roll pan. Roast in a preheated 400° oven 15 min.
