Arugula Aioli:

  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 cup Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper

  • 1/2 cup Bella Sun Luci Julienne-Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil and Herbs, drained, blotted dry
  • 1 lb. Creekstone Farms Prime Sirloin Steak
Instructions

In food processor bowl or blender, purée all ingredients except sun-dried tomatoes. Transfer to small bowl; stir in sun-dried tomatoes. Refrigerate.

To Grill: Spray grill rack with non-stick cooking spray. Using direct heat cooking method, preheat grill to MEDIUM. Grill steak, covered, to desired doneness (14-16 min.), turning once. Slice steak; arrange slices on plates slightly overlapping. Top with Arugula Aioli.
